Destra, Swappi in free concert
SOCA artistes Destra and Swappi will be performing at Scarborough Esplanade this afternoon. It is part of Digicel's countdown to Tobago carnival. The concert will start at 4 pm and will be followed by the Digicel Carnival Burn at 5 pm.
