Avantel, NSN sign 4G network deal
Columbia-based operator, Avantel has signed a build-operate-transfer agreement with Nokia Solutions and Networks for its LTE network. As part of the deal, NSN will supply the complete infrastructure for its LTE (Long Term Evolution)* network.
