Nokia ( NOK ) is considering a strategic tie-up with Alcatel-Lucent ( ALU ) to help give it an edge in wireless networks, according to sources. Though no talks between the companies have ensued yet, analysts think a pursuit of Alcatel-Lucent's mobile ad network makes sense for the Finnish company.
