MINGLANILLA policemen are facing a blank wall in last Saturday’s ambush of SPO4 Razul Segismar who was shot to death while on his way home in Barangay Poblacion Ward II. Senior Insp. Richard Gadingan, the town’s police chief, said they have no leads yet on who shot Segismar, an accomplished police intelligence operative responsible for arresting several drug personalities.
