European Commission Approves Facebook's Acquisition Of WhatsApp
The European Commission has Friday approved the proposed acquisition of mobile messaging start-up WhatsApp, Inc. by Social networking giant Facebook, Inc. (FB), both based in the U.S. The deal was notified to the Commission on August 29, 2014.
