Google has sent out invitations for “an exciting new announcement,” scheduled to take place on September 15 in India. Although Google is being coy about what to expect at the event, first reported by NDTV , the timing and the location suggest that it will be for the unveiling of the first truly affordable Android One smartphones developed for emerging markets.
