Microsoft to cut 2,100 workers today as part of restructuring
Microsoft Corp. is firing 2,100 workers today, part of a plan announced in July to eliminate 18,000 jobs to streamline the workforce and integrate the acquisition of Nokia Oyj's handset unit.
