T-Mobile launching first Windows Phone 8.1 phone in early July
T-Mobile said Tuesday that it plans to launch the Microsoft Lumia 635 smartphone in early July, the first time Microsoft's new Windows Phone 8.1 operating system will be available through a major carrier.
