Taking on a multitude of budget Android handsets, Samsung has announced four new budget and mid-range handsets to be released over the summer months of 2014. Expect the marketing to leverage the Galaxy brand name, but with more emphasis on the model names to prepare for a potential switch to Tizen in 2015.
