Sierra Wireless Accuses Nokia of Patent Licensing Abuses
Sierra Wireless has submitted a complaint with the European Commission against Nokia alleging anti-competitive behavior and a request for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to start a formal investigation.
