Man charged with robbery
A MAN was charged before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) for robbing a 30-year-old woman in Panacan, Davao City last October 24. Charged with robbery is Paul John Belcis Dabuan, 18, of Barangay Ilang in Tibungco. Prosecutor Oliver Saniel found probable cause to charge Dabuan.
