Wayne County Commission asks for plan details before considering Rock Ventures proposal for jail site
Bill Shea - The Wayne County Commission said Wednesday it wants specifics before it votes on anything related to a proposal to sell the unfinished jail site in downtown Detroit to Dan Gilbert for $50 million, or anyone else.
