Ex-Iloilo lawmaker, DOTC officials face charges for ‘ghost’ cellphones
A FORMER Iloilo congressman and top officials of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) have been indicted for ghost purchase and delivery of cellular phones worth P6.2 million, the Office of the Ombudsman said Monday.
