Acer has confirmed it will launch two new budget priced smartphones at MWC next week, the Liquid E3 and Liquid Z4. Aiming to take on the king of the budget market, Motorola's Moto G , Acer has announced the Liquid Z4 smartphone which will launch at under £100 in April.
