There were a lot of smiles on Wall Street today as stocks surged right out of the gate and never let up. The Dow closed 159 points higher. The Nasdaq composite and S&P 500 also finished the day with solid gains. The Nasdaq was up 0.85 percent and the S&P 500 0.8 percent.
