Mayor gets authority for Text2Teach program
THE City Council of Bacolod has passed a resolution granting Bacolod City Mayor Monico Puentevella the authority to sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Ayala Foundation, Inc., Department of Education (DepEd) Division of Bacolod and the City Government of Bacolod on the Text2Teach program.
